At Avenir Civil & Construction, safety is more than a policy 4 it is a core value and operational imperative. We are committed to achieving zero harm across all projects, ensuring that every individual returns home safely, every day.


Our safety culture is built on accountability, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement, in full alignment with regulatory standards and client requirements.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate health and safety risks across all sites.

  • Ensure all employees are medically fit, competent, and sufficiently trained for their duties.

  • Provide personal protective equipment (PPE), safety systems, and emergency response plans.

  • Maintain compliance with all national health, safety, and environmental legislation.

  • Track high-potential incidents and implement root cause corrective actions.

  • Set measurable HSE performance targets and report against them regularly.

Employee Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at work in a fit and safe condition.

  • Understand and apply site-specific safety
    protocols at all times.

  • Use PPE correctly and report unsafe conditions or near-misses immediately.

  • Participate in toolbox talks, training sessions, and emergency drills.

  • Refuse to undertake any task for which they are not trained or adequately protected.
